AKLO Studio sells custom creative and technical services. Project scopes, fees, payment schedules, deliverables, and timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Refunds are reviewed case by case. Deposits and payments for completed work, booked production time, delivered files, and approved milestones are generally non-refundable. If a project is canceled before work begins, any unused prepaid amount may be refunded or credited after committed costs are deducted.

Billing questions or payment disputes should be sent to aklo@aklo.studio. AKLO Studio will review the project record, payment history, and delivered work before responding.

Ongoing retainers or subscriptions can be canceled in writing before the next billing period unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
